T O P I C R E V I E WpiscespersonHi all,I'm a pisces who met a pisces guy via a dating app. Things started off well, but he texted me last night and said that he didn't really feel a connection. I'll admit that I didn't feel a great connection either, but we talked everyday and were seeing each other on a regular basis. Anyway, I'll post our synastry charts and hopefully someone can give me a little insight. We had some positive aspects that I could see, along with a few negatives. Thanks!! piscespersonI'm the inner circle- houses are correct but he's the outer circle. No birth time so the house placements are not correct. wal2Many times we meet people we have good synastry with but the relationship doesn't materialize due to transits that are not pulling us into a relationship. His Sun forms no major aspect in this synastry. I look to the Sun sign ruler but there's nothing there. Your Sun is trine to his Mars which creates some revitalization in contact on your end, but your Ascendant is again peregrine. Without a birth time we can't be sure of his Moon sign. They are either in opposition or in aversion which indicates some fundamental incompatibility on the inner level.Pleasant Jupiter contacts indicate good times, but there's not enough there to make this synastry stick alone. Without strongly magnetic transits it's easy to see why this didn't work out. This can be considered as a good thing as it vacates the position for someone who you may be able to connect with on a deeper level and plant the seeds of true partnership. Good luck colorful butterfly quote:Originally posted by wal2:Many times we meet people we have good synastry with but the relationship doesn't materialize due to transits that are not pulling us into a relationship. His Sun forms no major aspect in this synastry. Good luck What transits have to take place for these things to happen? I have looked at progressed charts but not sure what causes things to gel vs not geling. I know saturn cements but I have seen saturn in all of my synastry charts are always full of them but some have lasted years on a stable relation ( almost marriage like) whereas some have been on\off ( wandering why I bother) , some where they end as soon as they began( never going to happen in this life or the next) margym0o quote:Originally posted by colorful butterfly: What transits have to take place for these things to happen? We pass people on the street all day long that we may have perfect synastry with but that doesn't mean they will stop dead in their tracks and talk to us. "Something" about us has to really catch their attention and this could be caused by a number of things. piscesperson quote:Originally posted by wal2:Many times we meet people we have good synastry with but the relationship doesn't materialize due to transits that are not pulling us into a relationship. His Sun forms no major aspect in this synastry. Good luck Hi, thank you for your reply! His sun is conjunct my vertex. Other than that, you're right about his sun not being aspected. When we first met, tr Mars was conjunct his Venus and tr Venus was conjunct his natal Venus. Moving forward, once those transits faded we weren't hanging out as much. I looked at his transits around the time when he broke it off and Jupiter was squaring his Neptune/Uranus conjunction:-79 Square Jupiter - UranusChallenging aspect: This is a time when you crave release from limiting ideas and situations. There is a stronger desire than usual to be free and independent, and to make some form of break with your past. This could mean a divorce in extreme cases, but can be as simple as releasing a bad attitude or habit. You should watch for exaggeration of perceptions, which is something to consider with all Jupiter transits. For example, a tie that previously went unquestioned might now be considered limiting, or you could be seeing people or circumstances as now being "in your way", blocking your desires and plans. Watch that your plans are not beyond your means and ability to carry out. Your emotional or family life could be a little stormy now if you are not self-aware and mindful. Otherwise, if you keep your feet on the ground, it can be a good time to discover new perspectives and methods that you previously hadn't noticed or felt you needed.piscespersonHe's our synastry with aspects to all asteroids. Looks a little messy lol wal2@colorful butterflyTransits that open the door to relationships are highly dependent on their reception in each individual's chart. It's hard for me to throw out some "sure-fire" ones because everyone is different.I have an example of my own I like to share. I have met a romantic interest before on the day that transiting Saturn moved to conjunct my Venus in Scorpio to the degree. I know our connection is for life (Saturn) although it will never be realized due to outside influences (Saturn, again.) Everyone of course, gets this Saturn sq Venus transit. The reason why it shackled me to this person in particular, is more likely to be explained when we look at my natal chart. I happen to be a Libra Sun, which makes Venus my Sun sign ruler. So, Venus in my natal chart is a greater signifier of my personality than it might be for others. Saturn also happens to be my 8th house ruler. When Saturn moved into Scorpio it brought in an era for me of 8th house-oriented permanent and lasting relationships, (for example I met my best friend for life during the beginning of that time) the 8th house being tipped off by the reciprocating transit. Furthermore, we can look to our synastry together. The poor guy is a mega Capricorn. My 8th house starts at the beginning of the second decan of Capricorn and the massive stellium that is every celestial body in his chart just so happens to neatly sit in my 8th house perfectly. The only planet of his that is not in this Capricorn cluster is his Moon, which is..Scorpio, so there we are again. He fit the astrology casting call at the time so he got the part. We don't even have that great of synastry or a composite, not enough to tell certainly of the strange, intense, and deep relationship I've had with this person over several years. That is just my own example It might be better to visualize this to work through relationships that WERE significant rather than to check through transits. Check for reciprocity, including sign rulers, and reflect on how that relationship affected you. You might find some a-ha moments there!@piscespersonWith natal Venus receiving favorable transits that could certainly have opened up his motivation to get out and date. The problem with transiting inner planets is that they move fast, and the influences they bring are fleeting as well. With relationships where we see longevity in some shape or form, we usually see outer planets making favorable aspects to inner planets. That is because outer planet influence is much more long lasting. I think you're on to something with that break up transit based on the description. I wouldn't take it too personally Sometimes there is a restlessness in the other that isn't your fault. I hope the next one will work out better for you!
